SANTA CRUZ — A Santa Cruz woman was arrested Thursday for allegedly slashing 25 tires on vehicles parked on the 2800 block of Soquel Avenue on Feb. 16.

Leticia Llamas was charged with felony vandalism. She was booked into Santa Cruz County Jail in lieu of $25,000 bail, jail records showed.
