Freedom Rotary Past President Yesenia Parra passes the gavel to new President Ron Ince during the club’s meeting at the California Grill on Tuesday. The club moved its meetings to the restaurant after meeting at Valley Heights for a number of years. The club now meets the first and third Tuesdays of the month at 12:15 p.m. at 40 Penny Lane, with a planning meeting taking place the second Tuesday and a community service project on the fourth Tuesday.
