Ranulfo Aguirre “Chuck Norris” died in a car accident Wednesday, November 4, 2009. He was 52.

Mr. Aguirre lived in Watsonville for the past 35 years. He was known as a hardworking man who had an open heart and always tried to help others. He loved family gatherings and late-night bonfires. Mr. Aguirre spent many caring moments with his family and friends.

Mr. Aguirre is survived by his wife of 25 years, Taide Aguirre; three children, Nataly, Eric and Yvette Aguirre; mother, Ramona Aguirre-Rea of Mexico; six brothers and seven sisters. He was preceded in death by his brother Reymundo Aguirre.

Visitation will be held Thursday from noon to 4 p.m. at Davis Memorial Chapel and at St. Patrick’s Church from 5-9 p.m., with a recitation of the rosary at 7 p.m. A Mass will be held Friday at 11 a.m. at St. Patrick’s Church. Burial will follow at Valley Cemetery.
