APTOS — A massive motorcade filed through Aptos Monday to begin the memorial service for CHP Sgt. Kevin Enox who died July 12. The motorcade, made up of hundreds of patrol cars, motorcycles and such from Santa Cruz County law agencies and other agencies, crept along Highway 1 from the CHP office in Aptos to Twin Lakes Church where the service was held.

“The service was an awesome tribute to the man and it went without a hitch,” said CHP officer Bradley Sadek. “He would have been very honored to see such a well organized and powerful event.”
