SANTA CRUZ COUNTY — Santa Cruz County health officials on Thursday confirmed that two people have died from influenza, bringing the number of deaths to three.
The victims were both men, one in his 20s and the other in his 50s. The first death, which occurred in January, was a male under 50, the Santa Cruz County Health Services Agency said Friday.
All the deaths have been attributed to 2009 H1N1 strain of influenza. For the complete article see the 02-08-2014 issue.
