WATSONVILLE — Genaro Saldaña died peacefully at Dominican Hospital surrounded by his family on Tuesday, November 19, 2013. He was 44.
Mr. Saldaña worked as a maintenance person for 18 years at San Andres Regional Center. He was a very friendly person, he loved to be around children, and just generally, he was a very loving person. He also enjoyed reading comic books.
Mr. Saldaña is survived by his parents, Valentin Saldaña Perez and Imelda Barajas; two sisters, Rosaura and Alejandra Saldaña; two nieces and one nephew.
Visitation will be held at Mehl’s Colonial Chapel on Sunday from 5-9 p.m., with Rosary at 7 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday at 10 a.m. at Assumption Church. Burial will follow at Valley Public Cemetery.
