WATSONVILLE — It’s been 120 years since students spent their first full year at Watsonville High School’s 250 East Beach St. campus.
As time marched on, so too have thousands upon thousands of graduates, who crossed the stage to get their diplomas and begin their lives.
Those lives have been varied, and have carried graduates across the globe and led them along countless career paths.
Now, a group of organizers hope that many of those paths will intersect once again at a multi-year reunion this summer.
WHS alumni — all since 1893 — are invited to the July 27 event.
“I’m excited,” said Bob Ash, president of the Watsonville High School Athletic Boosters Club, which is sponsoring the event. “There are a lot of people who bleed black and gold.”For the complete article see the 04-27-2013 issue.
