ROYAL OAKS — June M. Lacy, longtime resident of Royal Oaks, died on Friday, March 8, 2013. She was 68.
Ms. Lacy was born to Jack and Katherine Fleming on Jan. 13, 1945. She was raised in El Cerrito and graduated from El Cerrito High in 1962. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of San Francisco. After graduation she worked in telecommunications for several years and ended her career as an accountant. Her passion in life were her animals.
She is survived by her sister, Carol and Ken Sisk, of Santa Cruz; and several nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles. She is preceded in death by her husband, John Cost, a former attorney at law in San Mateo County. She is also survived by her extended “Cost” family.
