Virginia Lomeli

WATSONVILLE — Virginia V. Lomeli, a resident of Watsonville, died peacefully on Saturday, February 2, 2013 at Stanford Medical Center. She was 69.

A native of San Pedro Tesistan Jalisco, Mrs. Lomeli, born on Dec. 14, 1943, was a devoted homemaker.

She is survived by her husband, Adan Lomeli; children, Adan Jr., Virginia and Pedro Lomeli; three grandchildren; mother, Maria Dolores Paz; brothers, Manuel Valencia, the late Jose Luis Valencia and Francisco Javier Valencia.

Visitation will be held today from 4-9 p.m., with recitation of the Holy Rosary commencing at 7 p.m., at Ave Maria Memorial Chapel, 609 Main Street, Watsonville, CA 95076. Funeral Mass will be Friday at 11 a.m., Church of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary, Pajaro. Graveside and interment to follow at Valley Public Cemetery.
