Victor Lopez

WATSONVILLE — Victor Rojas Lopez died suddenly on Thursday, July 26, 2012 at Watsonville Community Hospital. He was 48.

Mr. Lopez was born in Morelia, Michoacán, Mexico. He enjoyed working outdoors in his yard and being with his family.  He enjoyed helping other people by volunteering at Second Harvest Food Bank; as a CNA; taking care of his wife; and working for IHSS. 

He is survived by his wife of 27 years, Julie Godoy; sons, Victor Lopez Jr., Jose Augustine Lopez and Thomas Michael Lopez; one sister and one brother.

Visitation will be held Thursday from 3-9 p.m., at Carroll Family Ave Maria Memorial Chapel, 609 Main St., Watsonville, with recitation of the Holy Rosary at 7 p.m. Donations to the family preferred.
