Carr allows two runs in latest Potomac start

San Lorenzo Valley High alum Adam Carr was one of three pitchers roughed up in the Potomac Nationals’ 9-2 loss to the Myrtle Beach Pelicans on Wednesday in South Carolina.

Carr allowed two runs on three hits in two innings pitched. He came into the game in the sixth inning with Potomac already trailing 5-0.

It’s the second time in four outings Carr has allowed a run. His ERA rose to 2.63 with Wednesday’s outing.
