WATSONVILLE — Ralph Razo Jr., lifelong resident of Watsonville, died peacefully amongst friends and family on Wednesday, June 20, 2012. He was 48.
Mr. Razo was born in Salinas on September 14, 1963 to Ralph and Jenny Razo. He graduated from Watsonville High School and worked as a dispatcher for the Santa Cruz County Sanitation Department for 24 years. He loved to travel, enjoyed playing the guitar, and above all enjoyed spending time with his friends. Sports, food, and friends were what he loved the most. He was blessed with really good friends who cared for him.
Mr. Razo is survived by his son, Perry Razo; his parents, Ralph and Jenny Razo; his brothers, Peter (Claudia) Razo and Raymond (Alma Rodriguez) Razo; three nieces, a nephew, a great-niece, and two great-nephews.
A visitation will be held at Valley Catholic Church (Our Lady Help of Christians) on Tuesday from 5-9 p.m. with a recitation of the rosary at 7 p.m. Mass will be celebrated the following day at Valley Catholic Church at 11 a.m. Arrangements were entrusted to Mehl’s Colonial Chapel.
