Juan Castillo Soto

Juan Castillo Soto,  was born August 13, 1961 in Jalisco Mexico and came to the United States at the age of 17.  He died unexpectedly at his home, August 7, 2012.

Juan, was a faithful employee and a dedicated servant at the Watsonville Salvation Army Corp Men's Shelter Program since 1999, and held the position in the Salvation Army Church of Sargent Major.  He served on a nightly basis, as the Men's Shelter Monitor, assisting and counseling men in need.

He leaves his wife of 25 years, Elidia Esparza Castillo; Sons Jose Samuel, Juan Albert, and Cristobal Castillo; daughter Natalia Castillo; Brothers Jose and Guillermo Castillo; and Uncle Jesus Soto.

A Christian Memorial Service will be held at the Watsonville Salvation Army Corp, 214 Union Street in Watsonville, at 2:30PM Sunday August 19, 2012.  A private  burial service will be held later in Jalisco Mexico.

In lew of flowers, it is requested donations be made to the Juan Castillo Memorial Account # 32151558, Bay Federal Credit Union, 1481 Main Street, Watsonville CA 95076.
