April Riley

WATSONVILLE — April Roseann Riley died peacefully on Sunday, November 6, 2011.

She was a long-term resident of Watsonville and attended Watsonville High School. She had many friends and relatives. She was a loving and devoted daughter, sister and friend to all, and she will be missed by all who knew her. She touched the hearts of all who knew her.

She is survived by her mother and stepfather, Nellie and Richard Wattel of Klamath Falls, Ore., and her father and stepmother, Wilbur Dale Riley Sr. and Trudy Riley of Plumas Lake; sister, Billie Jean Alcala (Mellentine) and brother-in-law, David Mellentine of Watsonville; and brother Joshua Riley of Plumas Lake. She was preceded in death by her brother Wilbur Dale Riley Jr.

Friends and family are invited to attend a celebration of life at Pinto Lake County Park on July 28 at 1 p.m.
