WATSONVILLE -- Joaquin Mejia Villa "El Guerro Palmas" unexpectedly died in Watsonville on Sunday, Sept. 18, 2016. He was 65.
Mr. Mejia Villa was born on Aug. 23, 1951 in Michoacán, Mexico. He loved music and played the accordion in a local group named, Lluvia Norteña in Watsonville.
