Pajaro Valley High volleyball player Socorro Reyes was named co-Most Valuable Player of the Tri-County Athletic League, it was announced Thursday.
Reyes was the top hitter for the Grizzlies, who had a limited amount of players but nearly finished with a .500 record.
Watsonville’s Fabian Serrano and Claudio Martinez were named to the all-league first team along with Reyes.
Pajaro Valley’s Anthony Barrios and Jose Guzman, and Watsonville’s Armando Torres were voted into the all-league second team.
Serrano and Barrios both received the T-CAL Sportsmanship Award, and Martinez was named co-Defensive Specialist of the Year.
