Jose F. Rocha died Sunday, August 29, 2010. He was 62.
Mr. Rocha is survived by his wife, Hortencia Rocha; son, Enrique (Elizabeth) Rocha; daughters, Blanca (Richard) Rodriguez and Silvia Rocha; two sisters, a brother, five grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
